How To Pay Adeleke University School Fees
To make payment for the Adeleke University School Fees, follow the processes below:
New Students (New Applicants)
To begin your application, click “Apply Now” on the Admission Portal homepage or select “Start Application” from the General Menu. On the next page, provide your details and click “Create Account”.
Once your account is successfully created, log in using your account credentials and proceed to make your payment. Please note that by proceeding with payment, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate. However, you will still have the opportunity to review your details before making the payment.
Payment Information
- Undergraduate Application Form: ₦5,000.00
- Transfer Application Form: ₦10,000.00
All payments should be made through the Adeleke University Interswitch Payment Integration Platform. You will be redirected to the Interswitch payment gateway during registration to complete your transaction.
To make an online payment, ensure you have:
- An Interswitch-enabled Debit/ATM card
- Card details including: Card Number, Expiry Date, Card PIN, and CVV2 Code
- Sufficient funds in your account to cover the applicable fee
After a successful payment, you can proceed to complete the application form.
Important Note:
Ensure all your details are accurate before making payment. Payments are non-refundable.
Returning Students (200 – 500 Levels)
All returning students are required to complete their registration online via the Adeleke University Student Portal.
Steps to Register:
- On your computer, go to: eportal.adelekeuniversity.edu.ng
- The Student Portal Login Page will appear.
- Log in using your email or matric number and your password.
- Once on your dashboard, click on “Fee Payment” or “Fee Payment/Receipt”.
- On the Fee Payment page, click on “Proceed to Payment Breakdown Page”.
- On the Payment Breakdown page:
- Choose your payment option (e.g., 1st installment, 2nd installment, etc.)
- Click “Pay Selected Amount”
- A Confirmation Page will appear. Click on “Proceed to Payment Gateway” and then click “Pay”.
- On the Payment Gateway, enter your Interswitch-enabled debit/ATM card details: Card Number, Expiry Date, Card PIN, CVV2 Code
- You will be prompted to enter an OTP (One-Time Password) sent by your bank to your registered phone number.
- Once payment is successful, go to the Payment and Receipt page to print your receipt.
- After printing your receipt, click on “Payment Clearance” to print your Registration and Examination Clearance, which is issued after paying the Portal Access Fee.
- Take the printed clearance to the Students’ Accounts Unit in the Bursary Department for stamping and signing.

The school portal is fully functional and available for use.
Ensure your ATM card is enabled for online transactions. If not, visit your bank to activate this service.
Confirm that your account has sufficient funds to cover the selected installment before initiating payment.
NOTICE!!!
The only approved payment system of school fees by the student is payment through the portal and where this is not possible, Bank draft should be purchased from any licensed bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
It should be noted that the management had approved payment of penalty fee of N10.000 FOR NON Complaint to the approved payment system. This penalty still subsist. We have been having cases where students transfer funds into the school accounts arbitrarily especially the Postgraduate students, JUPEB and HIM without even coming to obtain receipts from the bursary.
