  • Candidates seeking admission into the Academy must be Nigerian citizens and must be between 17 and 21 years of age, and must have a height of not less than 1.67 Metres (5 Feet 6 Inches) if male, and 1.64 Metres (5 Feet 4 Inches) if female. In addition, male candidates must have an expanded chest size of not less than 86cm (34 Inches) All candidates must be free from any physical deformity or mental disability.
  • Candidates must have obtained a minimum of SIX (6) credits at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) conducted by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the National Examinations Council (NECO) or the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) at not more than 2 sittings. All Candidates must also have a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics as well as subjects relevant to the candidate’s chosen course of study in the Academy.
  • Candidates must also obtain satisfactory scores in both the written examination and the interview and must pass physical and psychological tests of fitness.

How To Apply For The POLAC Post UTME Form

To apply for the POLAC Post UTME Form, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the official Nigeria Police Academy admission portal at https://admission.polac.edu.ng.
  2. Click on “Start Application” and enter your National Identity Number (NIN), JAMB registration number, a valid email address, and phone number to generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
  3. Proceed to any commercial bank in Nigeria to make a non-refundable payment of ₦5,500, which includes ₦2,000 for the post-UTME screening.
  4. Keep the payment receipt safe as it will serve as proof of payment.
  5. Return to the portal and log in using your RRR to continue the application process.

  • All candidates must report to the screening center dressed in a clean white T-shirt and shorts, bringing along the following essential documents, properly arranged in two flat white files with a recent passport photograph attached to each:
  • A medical report confirming physical and mental fitness, issued by a government-recognized hospital
